The LOGiiX World Traveler LITE is compatible with over 150 countries within North & South America, Europe, the Middle East, and Oceania. 

Can I charge my device safely in any of the approved countries listed above? While the LOGiiX World Traveler LITE will allow you to charge your device in any approved country, it will not function as a step-down transformer or convert AC voltage between 110 and 220 VAC. We suggest also keeping a surge protector or a step-down unit along with the world traveler.

 

What should I do if my LOGiiX World Traveler LITE isn’t charging my device?
Try disconnecting the world traveler from the power source or device it is connected to and attempting to use it with another device. If the issue continues to persist after this, please email us at csv@joositup.com.
