Warranty claims must be accompanied by acceptable proof of purchase from Joositup, LLC. Purchases made from other unauthorized or authorized resellers will not be considered by Joositup, LLC. Tucano warranties do not cover misuse, neglect, accidents, abrasions, solvents, cleaning liquids, damage during transport, or any modification to a Tucano item. If a product is damaged during flight, transport, or by any carrier.
